Overview: Activate works to get more women into public office in the UK. It has the support of celebrity Emma Thompson, among many other supporters. Areas Funded: Activate seeks applications from women in the UK who are "creating positive change in their communities." They provide grants to help women increase their impact or take their campaign to the next level. "We’re particularly keen to hear from women from underrepresented groups or communities, including working class women, disabled women and women of colour."
