CODE Research Grants

Overview: CODE is a Canadian organization that works with locally-based partners in Africa to promote inclusive and equitable education. Funding areas: Literacy and education in Canada and sub-Saharan Africa. CODE is partnering with the International Literacy Association to offer the 2021 Context Matters Research Grants. Up to five research grants (maximum CAN $10,000 each) will be awarded. Proposals must strengthen educational opportunities for girls and vulnerable populations and bolster Africa’s ability to meet the UN Sustainable Development Goals in the areas of education and gender equality.
