Doris Howell Foundation

Overview: The Doris Howell Foundation is dedicated to improving women's health research and women's health overall within the greater San Diego community. It does so through three initiatives: outreach, scholarships, and community engagement. Its scholarship program particularly funds research done on undergraduate and graduate levels on women's health. The Community Engagement Initiative (CEI) awards an annual grant of $100,000 to an individual heading a project in women's health. Funding Area: Women's health.
