Gap Foundation

Overview: In 2007, the Gap Foundation launched its Personal Advancement & Career Enhancement (P.A.C.E.) program to support women in the global apparel industry. Since then, an estimated 122,500 women in 15 countries have participated int he program. Gap Foundation is now expanding PACE with a partnership with USAID that focuses on women and water.
