Gender Equality Initiative in International Affairs
Overview: The Gender Equality Initiative in International Affairs (GEIA) is an initiative from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University in Washington, DC. GEIA convenes curriculum, scholarly research, and engagement in policy and practice of promoting and achieving global gender equity. GEIA provides fellowships and grants to promising future leaders, particularly for those studying abroad in international affairs programs in East Asia. Additionally, GEIA runs occasional grant projects focusing on outside initiatives.
