Overview: The Harpswell Foundation’s mission is to build positive social change through a new generation of women leaders in Southeast Asia. They also provide other programs for support of children and occupational training in Southeast Asia. Funding Areas: This foundation is focused on a small number of women leaders who are trained through two residential leadership centers in Cambodian universities.
