Overview: IWMF has been around since 1990 to help female journalists, photographers, and filmmakers produce more content and grow their presence in media. In 2018, the Fund for Women Journalists (started with a $4 million grant from the Howard G. Buffet Fund) gave out $230,000. Grants are generally in the $5,000 range. Funding Area: Women in media.
