Overview: The Mona Foundation supports grassroots educational campaigns that support the education and empowerment of children, specifically those that increase opportunities for women and girls to succeed. The Foundation also places an emphasis on community service, with the end goal of alleviating global poverty through educational opportunities. The Foundation's three main focus areas are "Universal Education," "Gender Equality," and "Community Building." By contributing to these areas, the Foundation hopes to support "community-led transformation so that no child ever goes to bed hungry, is lost to preventable diseases, or is deprived of the gift of education for lack of resources."
