STEAM Sports Foundation

Overview: The STEAM Sports Foundation was started in 2016 by motorsports executive Bob Dickinson. According to the website, "STEAM Sports Foundation works with companies, educators and sports organizations to develop initiatives around science, technology, engineering, arts and math." The organization is based in Georgia and its primary mission is providing scholarships and educational summits that "involve both students and corporations." The Foundation recently announced "Women of Color" Scholarships for 2022/2023. Dickinson hopes to raise an additional 100,000 in 2022 to provide more scholarships going forward for marginalized women in motorsports.
