Trane Technologies

Overview: Trane Technologies, a conglomerate of brands for heating and cooling system products, has a sustainability mandate to improve gender parity in the STEM careers, and reports $10.9 million in philanthropic giving for this mission.

Funding Areas: Gender parity in STEM, becoming carbon neutral. In January of 2022, Trane Technologies announced a $1 million donation to Project Scientist. Trane Technologies has also made grants to NC3, the Urban League of Central Carolinas, Climate Generation, and NSBE SEEK.
