Overview: The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) ensures that Norwegian development aid funds are spent in the best possible way. The organization works to report on what is working, and what isn't, by aiding advisory services, assisting with quality assurance and monitoring, supporting grant programs, and maintaining communication and evaluation standards.
