The Fund for Women and Girls

Overview: The Fund for Women and Girls is an inatiative by The Foundation for Enchancing Communities (TFEC), and strives to respond to the issues affecting women and girls through collective philanthropy. It hopes to create a community where women can live in safety and have the opportunity to pursue their dreams. Funding Areas: Nonprofit organizations and programs in South Central Pennsylvania, with focuses on self-sufficiency, health, human services, and education. Applications for one of five $20,000 grants are being accepted until August, but applicants must serve one of several listed locations within Pennsylvania. For more information click here.
